Hey there, fellow dog lovers!
First, a little honesty—we failed our May Mommy & Me Challenge 😅. Keira developed a small blister on her paw, and we didn’t want to risk making it worse by pushing her too hard. Her health and comfort always come first! But don’t worry—we’re not giving up. Instead, we’re kicking off June with TWO brand-new challenges to set Keira up for success!
Challenge #1: Paw Progress for July!
Since Keira’s paws need some TLC before we attempt another walking challenge, we’ll be documenting her paw health daily with photos and videos for the month of June. The goal? Strong, happy paws ready for a July Mommy & Me redemption! We’ll be testing different paw treatments, booties, and gradually increasing her activity. Follow along to see her progress!
Challenge #2: Tracking Keira’s Nutrition
We’ll be logging every calorie Keira eats this month—treats included!—so we can get a clear picture of her intake. At the end of June, we’ll weigh her to establish a starting weight for July, when we’ll reassess her diet and exercise plan. (Let’s be real… she’s more "fluffy" than fierce right now, but we’re on a mission to change that! 🐕💪)
